Jefferson County and the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (RMMA) will host a Public Open House to introduce the community to the newly underway Part 150 Airport Noise and Land Use Compatibility Study.

The Part 150 Study is a voluntary effort to assess and mitigate noise issues associated with an airport’s operations, ensuring a balance between the benefits of aviation and the quality of life for local residents.

The Open House will be presented in an informal, drop-in format, allowing attendees to come and go at their convenience. There will be no formal presentation, giving the public ample opportunity for one-on-one conversations with project representatives. Community members are encouraged to attend and share their thoughts.
